Furnished basement in a bungalow in Fort Richmond area available for rent from March 1st, 2019. Basement has 2 individual rooms, huge open common space, washing/drying area, and 1 complete bathroom. Currently there is no kitchen downstairs. But we will be renovating to include a fully functional kitchen before we rent out the space. Bus connectivity to downtown and to the University of Manitoba is great from here. If you have a vehicle, we have a huge driveway with plugins. We also have a separate entrance to the basement. Looking to rent it out to a small family, or 2 separate individuals or open to a small groups of students as well (prefer female, non-smoking boarders only). No pets please!
