Summerside Avenue

The property is close to a bunch of stores like sobeys and Tim hortons you can pretty much walk from this condo and get anywhere you would want to go. There is air conditioning but it’s only a wall air conditioner. As for the rules I would want a roomate that cleans up after him or herself and cleans the rest of the condo every once in a while as I am doing. I also have a cat so if you are allergic to cat hair I wouldn’t want to stay here. I also have a bad heart which doenst allow me to do much sometimes other times I’ll be okay

I’m a quiet gamer I love to watch Anime and lots of sci fi stuff I like to go out with friends every now and then but I’m an introvert so I have to come home to recharge every once in a while
