Looking for a female grad student or young professional to take over a sublet for May 1, 2019 to August 31, 2019 with the option to renew. Looking for a friendly, and neat roommate to share the space with. I’m halfway through my first year of my graduate degree. I love food, laugh at my own jokes and live an active lifestyle and am very studious. I’m looking for a roommate who shares a balanced lifestyle, someone who may grow to be a friend.

The living space is located on the second floor of a building made up of townhouse-like apartments. The main floor is comprised of a full-size kitchen with an island and dishwasher, dining space, a living room area and a half-bath. There is also a balcony with a barbeque for summer grilling. Pre-loaded card laundry is down two sets of stairs from the doorway.

The bedroom is large (15x15 feet) with one window and a spacious double door closet. Full/double bed can be included with an option to purchase the attached headboard (as pictured). The two bedrooms and a full-size bathroom with bathtub and shower make up the second floor.

A 5-minute walk to SMU, Sobeys, and Shopper’s Drug Mart. There is also a Superstore nearby on Barrington. A great coffee shop is located across the road with amazing brownies. About a 10-minute walk to Dal campus. 15 minutes from Spring Garden Road. Less than a block away from bus stops.

Rent is $747.50 per month plus power (~$40 every two months) and Wi-Fi ($35 per month). Heat and hot water are included in the rent. Parking space may be available for an additional $50 a month.
