The property has a view of Langford Lake and access to the lake is a 5 minute walk away. There is a BBQ for the tenant’s use (with the proviso that they fill up the gas tank). The YMCA is within walking distance. The bus route is 2 blocks away which connects you to all the major bus routes into Victoria. House rules are no smoking, no pets, no additional occupants, quiet time after 11pm, no parties or drugs of any kind. There is only one additional occupant in the home.
