We have one unit available for rent, one individual can live in this room at $900 per month however the room is large enough to comfortably share with two individuals, it is currently set up with two beds (1 Queen Size, 1 Double Bed) ideal for sharing, share cost is $1,200 per month (i.e. $600 per person). Please note that we have a very friendly dog and cat on-site. It’s important you’re comfortable with our pets as they roam around the home. If you have allergies or fears of animals, this is not the option for you.

We have two other tenants and you’ll be sharing common areas like the family room, the kitchen and the large full bathroom. Our current tenants are very well-mannered, friendly and respectful of each others space. We are looking for tenants who will fit in well.
