We have a room available for rent in the Langdale neighborhood of Windermere. The house is located near the Anthony Henday, Terwillegar Drive and Ellerslie Road and is also walking distance to several bus stops (5 minute walk) and only a 15 minute drive to the airport.

The Windermere Crossing shopping area is a 10 minute walk away and hosts a Superstore, M&M Meats, drycleaners, liquor store and several banks. Across Terwillegar Drive (5 minute drive) you’ll find many major retail, grocery and restaurant businesses to suit your needs. This shopping area is also home to the Cineplex VIP Theatre.

Two, late 20s, professionals currently reside in the home and are looking for a quiet, clean and responsible roommate to move in for the remainder of the lease (February 1 to June 30). The minimum move in commitment is 5 months, this is when our lease is up.

Monthly rent would be $475/month + utilities (for a February 1st move-in).
