Lower level duplex, quiet tenants living above.

I am the only tenant, looking to share the place with one person, with the possibility of a third if we decide together, which would put rent below 500 a month for all 3.. it’s 700 a month for 2 of us.

The bathroom is split which is nice, one room has the toilet and sink, and directly across the hall is a stand up shower which makes it ideal for 2 people sharing one bathroom.

There is a new set of washer and dryer in the unit, with plenty of room for storage, there’s a single car garage but it’s best suited for storage, room for parking 2 vehicles in driveway.

I’m 35 single male, no kids. I have a girlfriend but she does not live with me. I work full time at the Blue Mountain Resort.
