About the room
I am looking for a roommate to share my apartment in the convenient location of Yaletown. There is quick access to the Canada Line skytrain and busses on Granville, restaurants and the Seawall. Even though there is quick access, the noise can’t be heard.
You will have access to the building amenities:
- Gym
- Garbage room
- Party room (bookable)
- Private dog park on the 7th floor
- Bike storage
- Secure, underground gated parking (incl.)
We will share the living space, bathroom, ensuite laundry and the kitchen (gas stove) with only myself. It’s a fully furnished apartment including all dishes, dishwasher, etc. (no mircrowave).
