Garden Suite of a Corner House!

I am renting out 1 large unfurnished bedroom in my 2 bed 2 bath suite available for rent starting March 1. The suite is located on Alberta Street and West 14 Ave and rent is $915 + utilities.

We would ideally both be moving in March 1, so it will be our home! I am looking for someone who wants to stay long term. The unit is completely unfurnished now, and I would be happy to furnish the living room together.

A little bit about me (the person you would be living with): I am a 24 year old female, working downtown as an engineer. I love downhill skiing, hiking, snowshoeing, and just generally being outdoors. I love to travel, and spent the 6 months before I moved to Vancouver backpacking around Australia, New Zealand, and Japan. I also enjoy hanging out with friends, and exploring the many happy hours around Vancouver or having a glass of wine while cooking/hanging out.

I like to keep common areas (kitchen, living room) relatively clean, but I’m not a serious neat freak. Looking for someone with similar interests, either a working professional or a student.
