I’m looking for a female roommate. I own a beautiful, clean, 2 bed, 2 bathroom condo with a small backyard in Langley. Close to Kwantlen University and Trinity Western University if you are a student. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and a grocery store.

Shared kitchen with dishwasher and laundry in the suite. I prefer that we each cook for ourselves, clean up after ourselves. Buy our own food and household supplies (laundry detergent).

A parking spot in secure underground parkade is included in the rent. No smoking, no drugs, no partying. I prefer a quiet roommate however don’t mind hanging out and watching tv together.
