Barons Avenue North

Hi there, I am currently looking to rent out the master bedroom in my house for $630 utilities included (gas, water, hydro, wifi). I live in the upper unit of a duplex on Barons Avenue. The house has two floors, I am currently residing in the top floor. The bedroom I am renting out is located on the first floor of the unit and includes an en-suite, four piece washroom. Further, the house has a large kitchen which would be shared. I am a non-smoking student looking for another mature, professional to move in so I have more time to focus on school. I do have a few cats who are quiet and friendly (a little timid so it will take some time for them to come out). I plan on restricting them to the upper level if the person moving in does not wish for them to be in their space.If you are interested, I can send you some photos of the house and room and we can set up a viewing time.
