I am looking for a roommate to move in with me. The condo is pre construction, and is done end of February 2019 . It is 1080 square feet and all furnishing will be in there already. The building is right downtown. 181 James St N. Close to lots of good restaurants. Potentially able for move in mid February or can start March 1. The building has a gym, roof top patio and other amenities. It is also brand new.

The place is fully furnished, all you would need to do is set up your room. The place will have couch, tv, wifi, laundry, stove, microwave, cutlery, plates, dishwasher, fridge. It will have everything. The condo has a nice balcony, which will have a bbq on it. As well as a two way fireplace on the balcony.
