For rent is one fully furnished large bedroom with a high-end bed in a two bedroom main floor unit of a house. Premises are shared with one female 50+ and one quiet cat named Yogi.

Bedroom is set up like your own private suite - complete with bed, couch, large screen TV, DVD player, desk, printer and dressers.

Your rental includes: Shared laundry, kitchen and full bathroom. The other bathroom is a shared combined laundry room; is separate client bathroom. No front room as that is the spa lobby- why your private room has everything you could want.

PERKS Included is one professional massage per month for free!

OUR NEEDS: Because there is a spa on premise (at front of house), it is VERY important that you are super clean and respectfully quiet. Prefer mature person over 40, but open to possibly quiet student. Absolutely NO pets, smoking inside, parties or drugs are allowed. Sorry, due to the spa this is not an acceptable place for young kids to visit etc.

CONVENIENT CENTRAL LOCATION Perfect central location - only a few blocks from Douglas and Mayfair Mall, Fairways, also about a 20 min walk to Uptown or to Tillicum Mall. 10 min bus ride to downtown or 15 min to Lansdowne Camosun college. 10 min walk to Uvic bus 26.
