I would like to give a rent one of my furnished room to a female, non smoking, clean,organized and quite person. Hydro,Wifi, parking and storage room are included in rent price. It is a brand new unit and room has everything. Queen size bed, pillows, down comforter, desk, and comfortable chair, and closet. And also has private bathroom. Kitchen and living room will be sharing.2 minutes to bus stop, 5 minutes to skytrain. 5 minutes to Coquitlam centre area. Close to VCC college, and so many schools and Douglas College.it is very convenient to live. It has private gym inside the building and social club; offers sport activities like Zumba,Yoga,Basketball, Badminton, table tennis, party room, swimmingp pool, hot tub and huge gym. I am a single mother and l live with my 7 years old daughter. She is very quiet and most of the time she is out with her activities. We are living very quite life. So l really prefer responsible clean female who can be working or student. No males or smokers pls.
