SHARED HOUSE. Small Victorian, semi, steps from subway, grocery store and Danforth shops. Peaceful vibe, clean, tidy. 1 old cat who sleeps all day and me, 50+ female gardener who works all day in film / TV… I like to SUP surf, bake and play outside as much as possible.

Upstairs are YOUR 3 ROOMS: 1 large master bedroom w lots of storage space, 1 office, 1 guest bedroom/living room. All furnished. Shared bathroom also upstairs. Main floor: large kitchen w huge island, my studio/office and bedroom. (Former housemates and I never used main floor living/dining area, so we converted it to my living quarters). Front porch also your space. Back storage room/tools area my space. Basement is shared: laundry room, Washer Dryer, craft/ workshop space and small extra room. Tiny backyard garden but room enough to BBQ and have garden party.

I have been sharing my home for several years and have had some pretty awesome people stay with me. Hopefully you, too, have determined that living alone sucks and that sharing is not only smarter ($$, eco/green), it is far more humane to live together.
