You will be sharing the apartment with me. I am a Master Graduate from France and working full time in Banking. I am very social and friendly, got good references. I am not affected by noise usually.. It's fully furnished including the bedroom furniture and every utility (Wifi, Heating, Electricity, Hot water, and Stove) included except laundry which is in the building. Has an interior patio inside the building as it is on the first floor. It is a good neighborhood full of green and markets while still being near to Downtown proximities.
