My main goal is to find someone suitable to take over the other half of my lease (beginning on March 1st) as my current roommate has decided to leave. The lease ends in November 2019 so there is the option of short term or longer term depending on how things go and/or what you are looking for.

I’m an easygoing mid 20s female, into healthy living, sci-fi, music and festivals, etc., looking for single or possibly couple, preferably someone who works regular hours. Someone responsible, reliable, and respectful who keeps their living space clean and tidy.

There is a family living downstairs so it is necessary to be considerate of them in terms of noise but occasional gatherings and music at a moderate volume during the day has not been a problem so far.
