Brand new house, very spacious. I typically work out of town mon-thurs sometimes fridays and weekends and I’m on call so I may have to go in the middle of the night. You will have access to pretty much the whole house I have a gym in the basement with blue tooth stereo, and bonus room on second level with 70“ TV. And full laundry on the main floor. What I’m looking for is a responsible and clean female, and someone who likes dogs as I have an Old English Bull dog 🐶 names Hero. Is such a sweet boy! The catch is during the days I’m away feed him in the morning and evening and take him for a walk morning and evening. He is good by him self during the day I just pen him. This is why I’ve priced the room with all utilities and internet included so fare for what you get. I may also be able to throw in a garage door opener and parking in the garage.
