Hi guys! I’m looking for a roommate for the second bedroom in an apartment starting April 20th (or around that date).
About the place:
- 1200 sq ft
- 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom
- Comes fully furnished
- Big closets in both bedrooms
- Big living room
- Lots of storage
- Washer and drier in building
- Right next to King Edward train station
- Direct buses to UBC (25 and 33)
- Centrally located near to a supermarket and gym
- no pets, no smoking
Who I’m looking for:
- I’m looking for someone who is clean, quiet and responsible (but also friendly!)
- Preferably female
- No couples (sorry!)
- Must be an animal lover, and be ok with cats in particular.
Additional info: I’m in my 3rd year at UBC and I’m majoring in Neuroscience. I like photography, listening to all types of music, watching movies and I love animals. I’m also well organised, mature and responsible. The place is available for 8 months or on a month-to-month basis, however, I would prefer someone looking to stay the full 8 months (so from mid April to December). I’m also looking for someone who is friendly and wants to form an actual connection with their roommate, so please be sure to tell me about yourself when inquiring about the place!
