We are currently offering rooms with roommates for $325 per person per month and private rooms from $600 per month. Your rent includes full access to all the Facilities. Including, Refreshed Gender Specific Washrooms, NEW Commercial Kitchen appliances, Freshly Painted Dining Hall, NEW Lounge, NEW Gym, NEW Games Room, NEW Laundry room appliances. We ask for First and Last months’ rent + a $50 key deposit on moving day. We offer appointments from 5:00pm to 8:00pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays and Sundays. If you would like to come and see us, please let me know when and I would be happy to schedule an appointment for you with our NEW On-Site Property Manager.

For those INTERNATIONAL students looking to reserve your room at Riverplace for May Placements, we are now accepting reservations with the equivalent of 1 months’ rent provided as deposit. Ask about our Private Car Service for Pick-up from the Airport Arrival Gate and delivery to 245 Detroit Street about 400 km’s away. We know how stressful travel can be – let us take care of the last leg of your journey and deliver you to your new home, safe and sound.
