10-15 mins walk to UW and Laurier, bus stop just down the street. Two acceptable restaurants and a tea shop on the first floor, and Linden Square just down the street. A small gym and a small theater on the 7/8th floor, respectively. Quiet, and sound isolation is decent. Hydro included in the rent, while electricity is not.

Looking for people who can be quiet at least in the night, mature, hygienic, respectful. Must be UW/Laurier students, preferably in Math/CS program, and preferably with an average above 80.
