Looking for a quiet respectful clean roommate to share my upstairs of my house with me close to Abbotsford hospital. , utilities included in the price. I have two rooms available. One day a week laundry. High speed internet One Telus box in the living room but could get more if needed. No pets. (Reptiles or fish are okay) No smoking inside (I have a deck)

I am a 28year old male, pretty quiet , I will have the occasional get together but will give fair notice. I don’t smoke or drink to often, I stick to myself for the most part when I’m home.
