Large two story arts and crafts style home on a corner lot, big backyard, deck, propane fire ring, gardens, washer, dryer, two fridges. The other two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom are on the upper floor so you’ll have some sense of privacy. Home is centrally located in the municipality of Esquimalt in a quiet family neighbourhood and is a 10 minute bus ride from downtown Victoria. Two blocks from Rec centre (pool, gym, ice rink), library, farmer’s market, and grocery store. Five blocks from waterfront and beautiful local parks. Home is within two blocks of two major bus routes to UVic and Camosun campuses.

Who are we? We are a family of three, and have a small dog. We both work full time and have a pretty steady work week schedule with a more relaxed weekend routine. We are all homebodies but really enjoy our community particularly in the warmer months. We watch too much Netflix, enjoy random art projects in our art room and slowly updating our home (the kitchen is still green and purple, we’re working on it!). We would welcome someone who’s interested in connecting with us.

Who are you? Someone who likes kids and dogs. You are clear and respectful about setting boundaries to establish what you need/don’t need from us. You are looking for a warm, welcoming home. You expect disagreements to occur in any relationship and are able to calmly talk through to an acceptable compromise. You have a good sense of humour and would be up for joining us for some meals. Oh annnd you like the colour yellow (like I said we’re working on it 🙂).
