Located in dt vancouver in the west end, a cute room , + huge private rooftop deck w/bbq and great sunsets. many amenities, close to everything. covered parking available for an extra 65$. 4th floor walkup, so athletic roomie is best. i work out of town a lot. non smoking, no pets, no parties. non judgmental, open minded , steady income. no cooking fish, heavy garlic or onions inside pls. (bbq is fine) cannabis ok i live alone since old roommate moved back to bali for work.
