The space includes your own private living room, bedroom and bathroom. You need only to share the kitchen. Your area walks out onto the deck which will be shared with the owner. Internet, basic cable, Netflix, a 52“ TV for use and all utilities included. A/C. Non smoking. Beautiful quality furniture and king size bed with supportive mattress. All bed linens and bath towels available if you need them. Laundry facilities can be used one night a week after 6:00 for free. Close to bus stops and shopping centre including grocery. BBQ available if you fill the tank every other time. Must be seen to appreciate.
