San Ardo Place

Great above ground basement suite of a large house. 2 nice size bedrooms with lots of closet space. Shared bathroom kitchen and living room. We have kitchen table/ chairs and finished living roo. Laundry access and utilities included. Quiet street and lots of parking in u shaped driveway. Close to UIV - 20 min walk. 2 roommates been in suite for 3 years, one just graduating and staying for summer - the 2nd roommate is going home for summer but coming back in fall going in 4th year B of Science. So we are looking for a roommate for summer - the room will be furnished with queen size bed. Both roommates are non partiers and do not smoke.
