WATERFRONT HOME next to Saxe Point, Esquimalt…looking for 2 roommates for spacious, bright, furnished bedrooms for April 1st. We are in a large 5 bedroom, beautiful oceanfront home on a quiet cove. There are 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, large dining area and large kitchen. There is a huge south facing deck overlooking the spectacular view.

We are a couple of mature men (40’s and 50’s) recently moved to the area from Calgary. We are interested in having 2 new roommates who are 35+, non-smoking, male or female.

We are especially interested in people who would be available for the following:

1. Living in a Community-minded environment.
2. Cooking, shopping, cleaning can be shared if folks are open to the idea of a collaborative home
3. We would enjoy having roommates interested in yoga, meditation, personal growth, community living and enjoying the outdoors.
4. Agree and commitment to Community House Agreement.
