I am a male student looking for a quiet, respectful male student roommate to occupy my two bedroom apartment with me throughout my lease. I am a second year communications student at Laurier. I enjoy video games on my PC, board games and music. I am looking for a roommate like myself who is looking for a quiet place to stay with a great location.

This is a two bedroom apartment, all utilities including parking, internet and more will be included. There is onsite parking that you must apply for, and this apartment will be coming mostly furnished with furnishings except your own bed. It is located 15 minutes from Wilfrid Laurier campus in walking distance, just next to the Conestoga College Waterloo campus, and has direct bus routes from a minute’s walk from the building to campus.

Some notes about me are that I am a night hawk, and often stay up into the early hours of the morning. I am also LGBT, and if this is something you find issue in, I would not be the right roommate for you. You must be okay with cats in the building (I will be paying for all expenses related to them). Finally, I am introverted, and thus am not okay with parties, but having friends over is totally fine. I am also asking that my roommate is clean, and responsible about cleaning up their dishes and their room. I will be continuing with the Laurier dining hall plan and thus will most likely not be cooking/eating at home.
