About the neighbourhood: Next door is a new development that will have coffee shops and other street level store front. Across the street is a dog park which gets lots of puppy action. Next to that is the beautiful westsong walkway. (A real treat, I walk it at least twice per week) Within walking distance is a mini mall with all the essentials like grocery, coffee shops, bank, liquor store, etc.
