My boyfriend and I are looking for a roommate to share 2bed/2bathroom condo. Your room has a 12ft ceiling and top to bottom window facing a beautiful mountain with nature view. You will have a private bathroom. It’s a very quiet area and only a couple minute walk to SFU, supermarket, cafes, restaurants and bank.

Our home has a full size kitchen with a gas stove, a washer and dryer, balcony with BBQ, hardwood floor and a fireplace. Living room gets natural light and has a beautiful nature view. Gym access is also included.

The room can be un-furnished with $1000 per month or furnished with $1100 per month. The room size is 9’11“x8’6“ with a closet.

Internet, hot water and gas are included, electricity is extra.

~About you~ We are looking for someone friendly, loves animals, clean, and positive. The room is for one person and renting is minimum for 4 months.

~About us~ We are young professionals. I’m Japanese and my boyfriend is Canadian. We are outgoing, very friendly and respectful. I love cooking & arts and craft. My boyfriend loves cars and hockey. We are both animal lovers and we have a 4 year old dog name Remy, so hopefully you love dog too!!!
