Easy going, socialable professional female who works from home full-time and part-time away from home. I keep a clean and tidy home. Looking to share with a like-minded female. I enjoy having friends over once in awhile to share wine and appies. But I also like a lot of quiet downtime whether it’s with a book or watching Netflix, with my friendly cat Shanti by my side. My townhouse has 3 bedrooms with a full bathroom upstairs, master with ensuite, one used as my office and spare room. You can rent the master which has a 2 piece ensuite or the spare bedroom. If you want to rent both and use the spare room as an office/living space we can negotiate that as well. My basement is fully developed so I could move my bedroom there but we would still have to share the main bathroom. Shared main floor has the kitchen, dining, living area and powder room. I have a patio/small backyard which we can share as well.
I have an attached garage which has lots of storage space.
