Shared accommodation with one male residing in the home. 2 bedrooms available for rent, can be rented by one person or two people separately. There is an extra loft on the third floor used as an additional common area. The rooms are unfurnished. The roommate(s) are welcome to bring any items to furnish the rest of the home if needed. The location is about a 10 minute drive to downtown and is close to SAIT for any students looking for accommodation near the college. There is shopping nearby at Northill mall, and both fast food and dine in restaurants within minutes walking distance from the home. There is also a gym close by.
Two roommates: There are two rooms available for $900 per room. Damage deposit is also $900. Utilities are separate will be split three ways.
One roommate: If a single renter wants to rent both rooms on the second level, the rent will be $1450. Second room can be used as an office space, closet, personal living space. Damage deposit is $1450. Utilities are separate and split two ways.
