This is a large and stunning new corner unit in the heart of the financial district and in the vibrant St. Lawrence market community. Situated in the heart of Old Toronto, it’s the best of both worlds, in a new suite, in a new building with fabulous amenities.

The unit has 270 degree views, lots of beautiful natural light and is stylishly furnished with all new furniture. There is a large furnished balcony with plants and flowers I lovingly care for–the perfect place to have a coffee or wine/beer. The space is big (1,000 sq ft) and very comfortable and clean.

The Suite has two bedrooms and 2 full baths, and a small den furnished for the perfect work-from-home atmosphere. The suite is a split design; your bed and bath are on one side and mine on the other. The kitchen, dining, and living room are in the middle. The bedroom and the entire condo are fully furnished.

Internet, cable, and bi-weekly cleaning are included in the rent. Utilities are extra and shared monthly based on usage.

The building is brand new, and has a 24/7 concierge; a grand lobby with a fireplace and work areas; a pool, sauna, and steam room; 3 gym areas; a beautiful and large common terrace with party room and billiards; a theatre; and a dining room as well as a bar/lounge on the top floors.

Must provide first and last month’s rent, a security deposit, and a credit check as well as letter of employment from employer.

I am looking for a roommate, preferably female, who is very clean and tidy. I take really good care of my home and belongings, so I am searching for someone who is considerate and thoughtful, who enjoys quiet time—I have long days—but who will also not object to listening to a bit of louder music or having a glass of wine—or, let’s just say, having a bit of fun. I have LPs that I have yet to move in, but would love to listen to them. I sometimes work from home on evenings and weekends. I love to cook my meals for the week on Sundays while listening to jazz and drinking a glass of wine. I also volunteer at a couple of organizations. Basically, I’m busy but I also love life.

My ideal roommate will respect quiet and doesn’t mind my, cooking, listening to music, reading the news, exploring the market + the area, or enjoying a sunrise sipping on coffee on the balcony. I am looking for someone who likes to work hard but who also really appreciates life.

I am looking for someone who works regular hours, can respect quiet weekdays, won’t have friends or a partner over, (rarely maybe okay), and who will maintain the quality of the apartment.

In my heart, I’m fun-loving and free-spirited, but I’m also disciplined and very clean. I would love to find a roommate who has humanity and compassion. I believe in being kind through my daily interactions and working to improve people’s lives.

So in sum, my ideal roommate will be kind-hearted, respectful of my belongings, very clean and tidy.
