Lisgar Street

I am a University international student who will graduate after this summer and I am looking for a clean and quiet female who is OK with cats to occupy the second bedroom of my 2 bed 2 bath Condo(unfurnished). It is located at Sudbury St & Lisgar St in Little Portugal. Accepting 4 month or 1 year lease starting from Apr 28 to May 1. Water and heat are included, but you will need to pay half the hydro and internet bills.

I am a quiet, clean and cat-loving 22 years old female. I do not drink, smoke or party at home and I expect the same from my new roommate. I stay at home for a lot of time since I haven’t started to work now, but I will be abroad for about one month and a half during this summer.
