We have a beautiful master bedroom available in a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo, spanning 1,400 sqft, with a bright and airy South-East exposure. The room is 15.49 x 11.16 ft, featuring a large window, a huge closet, and a private ensuite bathroom. The apartment offers central heating and air conditioning, ensuring year-round comfort.

The former tenant is moving out, and we are looking for a clean, responsible, and friendly roommate (no couples or kids) who values great communication. The rent includes all utilities; however, internet and tenant insurance are additional costs.
