I have an extra room in my townhouse rental and looking for a roommate!

rent is $770 and utilities typically range between $100-$200 each.

I have two cats

The townhouse is Queenspark Townhomes in the NW. You will have to ‘apply’ at the office proving income and then can be added to the lease! Internet is $80 so $40/each. you would etransfer me for utilities/internet. the room is 11ft×8ft with a closet measure separately of 5ft×3.5ft. large storage closet upstairs, and storage room down stairs, dishwasher in kitchen. the living room has a fire place and balcony. shared bathroom with laundry. Parking is available for $25/$50 depending on type. there is also free street parking available.

the lease is through March 2025 and I plan to renew. keeping a clean space and mutual respect is important to me :)
