All inclusive room for rent for $661.70 a month! Available July 1st! We are two female students and one male working professional looking for a roommate to rent the 4th bedroom in a 4-bedroom house. The apartment has been recently renovated, and all utilities are included, including unlimited wifi. The bedroom is furnished (twin bed, desk, chair, and dresser). The apartment is pet friendly and one cat is currently in the apartment. The tenant will have full access to the washer and dryer, full kitchen, and living room. About a 40-minute bus/O-train ride to Carleton University and the University of Ottawa and a 20-minute bus ride to Algonquin College.

There are three of us living in the house at the moment - two of us are 26 and one is 23. We are all laid back and friendly. We are looking for another student or young working professional to join us. Must love cats!
