Sam's room

One room is available in a 3-bedroom renovated century house near Exhibition Park. The house has large, sunny common areas and is ideally located in a very friendly neighbourhood just a short walk from downtown Guelph. The available room faces our private patio and gets lots of midday light. It also has its own powder room attached.

All bills are included except for Internet, which is about $20/month.

We are Sam and Sara, two mature professionals who work locally. We are quiet, respectful roommates who appreciate a calm environment and are hoping to find someone like-minded to share our space. We both enjoy crafts and video games. We also share the house with a very friendly cat named Calcifer. :)
