My home is in a family orientated neighbourhood with a large backyard and deck backing onto a green space. I am a 44 year old female working as a paralegal in downtown Calgary. I have a dog and board a horse north of Cochrane. Unfortunately I am unable to have cats in my home with my Huskie/Ridgeback cross. My home has four bedrooms however the basement area would be what I am looking to rent out. The main floor living area and laundry area is shared.
