The backyard is pet friendly (fully fenced). I would like someone who has proof of income and references. I don’t live a wild lifestyle and work odd hours. You have your own parking spot. I am near transit, the mall, the lake, bike paths and great walking spots. I am also asking for 1/2 utilities, which includes internet, cable, heat.

You are considerate, work outside the house, share responsibilities for cleaning common areas. If you have a pet you take good care of your dog and (s)he is a friendly dog who gets along with cats.
