Corner lot in Clearbrook area, close to shopping, buses and library. Big backyard (shared), large deck (we can share that too). Close to Mill Lake Park. You would have the basement all to yourself, as there is a private entrance. The laundry is shared and we have a foster dog (in case you have allergies)

We are a hard-working couple - he works the graveyard shift; she works retail. She is an active paddler (dragon boat and outrigger), he is trying to get into it, although a graveyard shift kinda sucks that way. She is into gardening, he does the lawn. We do not smoke or vape (so please no smoking or vaping), and we do not do drugs (Aspirin doesn’t count :P )
