We are looking for a quiet, respectful and clean housemate to sublet a 2.5m X 4m furnished room in our basement suite in North Vancouver. Single occupancy only! Space is small so would not suit someone with an early work schedule.

You would be sharing a fully furnished kitchen, living room and bathroom with a couple.

We are two Australians currently on a working holiday visa. We work full-time Wed-Mon (usually we work lates, meaning we aren’t home from 10.30am-9.30pm) and are very quiet and easy going.
