The apartment itself is on the 3rd level the room being rented out is facing North onto the busy 12 Ave Street. Noise really isn’t an issue except for Police and Firetruck Sirens. The rest of the apartment is furnished with a balcony facing west with a fantastic view of the adjacent building. *You will need to fill out a rental application form and be approved by the Management Company to be put on the lease.

Not much to say, my current roomie is my brother moving in with his partner. We were brothers that got along, so it worked out for the 10 years he lived here with me.
