Located off Robinson street in Markham - Hwy#7/McCowan Rd. 5 mins walk to buses, restaurants, supermarket, bank, park and more. Close to Markville Mall and 1 bus to Seneca college. Very nice neighborhood and safe community. The room is fully furnished with double bed, dresser, end table, desk and chair for work. Bright and sunny and view of the front garden.

You will share with 2 other ladies. They are clean and home is kept very clean. So I am looking for someone who values cleanliness and will keep the place clean. Non-smokers only. Home is quiet and good for student who needs a quiet place to study. Home owner lives upstairs.
