There’s laundry, a good sized kitchen, diningroom, and livingroom, extra bathroom on the first floor. Bedrooms, more bathrooms, sitting/reading/yoga/meditation area (landing) upstairs. Netflix and surround sound in the livingroom, Sonos for music, and wifi. A bit of a back yard for sitting outside in the summer. The house is comfortable.

I’m a 45 year old male. I work from home and out at an office throughout the week. I have a small, very friendly dog.

The house is easy going. Non smoking, no drugs, no parties, maybe small get-togethers from time to time, but nothing late.

This house share is best suited to a gay or gay-friendly male.
