Looking to rent a [1 bedroom + private bathroom] in a [2 bedroom + den + 2 bathroom] condo at Yonge&Finch. Rental fee is all-inclusive and we are looking to rent out the space July 1st or earlier. 12 month or 6 month leases available. Looking for FEMALE APPLICANTS ONLY - preferably student or young professional, quiet, clean and does minimal cooking in the home. We have a tiny dog in the unit (super friendly) so must be ok with dogs (we cannot accommodate additional dogs in the unit).

We are a professional couple who work mainly 9-5 jobs. We are quiet, have creative type hobbies and enjoy spending time with our dog at the dog park.
