We’re right on top of the Gardiner, fantastic view in the balcony. 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit, great living space. Dishwasher/Laundry machines are all present. 20 min walk to union, 2 min walk to TTC, 10 min walk to Liberty Village, this is a perfect area. Decent sized bedroom (not furnished), good space for kitchen and living room area. There is a parking space available, I won’t be using it. Building is great. Fantastic gym inside the building. Great terrace area on the 8th floor. Building has 24/7 security. Rentable party rooms in the building.
About the roomies
Just me and my cat. I’m just looking for an honest roommate who’s a good communicator and is just honest.
My cat is adorable and will get used to you in no time. If you’re allergic to cats, there’s no point in inquiring.
