Government Road

Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to share my duplex with. It’s about a 14 year-old build and a really nice space with open-beams, 3 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath. The suite is large with 2 lounge areas (one with tv), a yoga/workout area, garage with space for bikes etc, 2 decks, gas fireplace.

My place is super close to trails and the river confluence. 5 minutes walk and it’s like you’re not even in town! Easy walking distance to train museum and the industrial area (Backcountry brewing, Geo Cidery, Airhouse, Ground Up Climbing Gym, North Yoga, etc).

Room is furnished.

There is absolutely no smoking in or anywhere on the strata property, this is strictly enforced and if you’re like me, this is a real bonus to ensure you don’t have to breathe anyone’s second-hand smoke!

I have a young son so you must like kids (and all the lego that goes with that!) We are outdoorsy and social but generally pretty quiet at home.

I am currently working from home full time and my son goes to school daily on a regular school schedule.

I prefer a single, professional, someone who is employed full time away from the house (two at home due ing the day would be too much), is active and appreciates and participates in a tidy, clean and organized house. Not suitable for smokers, partiers or pets (sorry!)
