This is a family home not a boarding house. This room is for ONE working or female graduate student. Please Do not ask me about fiancés or boyfriends staying overnight, or having more than one person stay in a room.

The home is in excellent tree lined location, in beautiful heritage district of downtown Kitchener. It is walking distance to downtown, Frederick mall, the KPL, center in the Square, many restaurants, is close to Several parks, and Victoria park, two minutes from the 401, all buses and transit are very close by, very close to the train, the ion and GO station, and bussing distance to the Waterloo universities.

The room is equipped with a kitchenette, microwave, toaster, and small fridge a couch futon for a bed, coffee table and chair…And a storage style walk in closet with shelves. Shared Bathroom is across the hall. There is one parking spot for a small car, a beautiful porch and deck with gardens to share. The downstairs kitchen can be also shared on occasion. Meals can also be included.. we can negotiate meals included if that is something you might be interested in. One load of laundry per week is included. Rent Includes internet.

Home of single mother with teenage son, I work from home. My oldest son and his girlfriend live in the basement. But they have their own private unit and rarely come upstairs. My son is almost 14 and he spends quite a bit a time at his dads every other weekend and a couple nights a week. We’re quiet people and are in bed by 10 o’clock most nights. Sometimes I will stay up working late on my iPad. But not too often.
