We just purchased a house in a newer subdivision in Collingwood. The house has 4 bedrooms, and we will just need 1! We are hoping to rent out 1 room (preferably the basement bedroom), but that would be negotiable. You would have your own bathroom, as there are 4. This shared house has a fenced backyard, and a very friendly doggo.

We are a young, active, newly married couple both working in the medical field. We are very social, but have strict work schedules, so it is imperative that our new roomy would respect our quiet hours. We are usually up and out of the house early! A tidy roommate would be a real treat.
